CCMD is excited to introduce Erik Mason Program Coordination Services to our portfolio of options. Erik is the current band director at Buford High School in GA, and is the former director at Mill Creek HS where his group was a nine-time Bands of America (BOA) Regional and Super-Regional Finalist and a three-time Bands Of America Class AAAA Regional Champion.

Erik will bring a wealth of knowledge, energy, and creativity to groups looking for additional help in concept development. Erik offers packages from simply helping guide your staff/ creative team through the storyboard process all the way to full-scale top to bottom show coordination/development.

Options and Pricing

$250 – Facilitator

  • Will attend design meetings and help drive the conservation, providing focus and clarity to the design process.
  • Will follow-up with director to provide feedback on storyboard before director sends to CCMD.

$500 – Storyboarder

  • Will attend design meetings and help drive the conservation, providing focus and clarity to the design process
  • Will take your ideas and develop a storyboard/timeline for your concept
  • Will liaison with director and staff post development for tweaks and approval, before sending to CCMD.

$750 – Program Coordinator

  • Will attend design meetings and help drive the conservation, providing focus and clarity to the design process
  • Will take your ideas and develop a storyboard/timeline for your concept
  • Will liaison with director and staff post development for tweaks and approval, before sending to CCMD
  • Will serve as point of contact during the entire design process insuring what you want is what you get.

$1500 – Show Concept Designer

  • After initial band director consult will develop a top to bottom concept including music selection, visual focus, and any elements involved in creating a cohesive production.
  • Will liaison with director and staff post development for tweaks and approval, before sending to CCMD
  • Will serve as point of contact during the entire design process insuring what you want is what you get.
